How does mobile order-ahead work for a coffee shop?
Customers open your TIKT link on their phone, build their drink, pay and pick a pickup time. The order rings on TIKT's orders screen (and prints on your Square printer if you connect one), and it's ready when they arrive.
Can customers customize drinks?
Yes. Add sizes and option groups like hot or iced, milk, syrups, extra espresso and toppings, each with its own price and limits. Customers see exactly what they're choosing.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They order in the browser on any phone or computer. You can share your link on social media, a sign at the register or a QR code on your cups.
Is there a loyalty program?
Yes. TIKT Rewards is included free. Online orders earn points, and you choose the rewards.
Does TIKT take a cut of my sales?
No. There's no commission. Starter is free, Pro is a flat $149 a month, and customers pay a 5% service fee at checkout.
