Fair, simple money
You keep your menu prices. We don't take a cut.
Delivery apps charge restaurants 15–30% of every order. TIKT charges a flat plan, and customers cover a small service fee.
We never take a percent of your sales.
Added at checkout on each order. You keep your full menu prices.
You pay Stripe's normal card fee (about 2.9% + 30¢). We don't add to it.
For cash orders, the 5% fees are charged to your card on file each Friday.

Good to know
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. They open your link on any phone or computer and order right in the browser.
How do I get paid?
Card payments go into your own Stripe account and then to your bank on Stripe's normal schedule. Cash is collected by you at pickup or on delivery.
What does the 5% service fee cover?
It's how TIKT is paid on each order: 5% of the food total (a $20 order is $1). The customer pays it at checkout, so it never comes out of your menu prices or tips.
Do I need a printer?
No. Orders show up on your orders screen and ring until accepted. On Pro, connect Square or Clover and every order also prints on your Square or Clover printer.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses set themselves up in under 30 minutes: paste your menu or upload a photo of it, set your hours, and connect Stripe. Rather not? On Pro, we set up your menu for you, free.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Pro is month to month unless you choose yearly billing, and Starter is free, so there's nothing to cancel.
